Driving one day, I saw a used Chevy Suburban for sale. Curious, I kept the number because who knows – sometimes private sellers are looking simply to get rid of a car – not necessarily make a profit like a used car dealership Bradenton or a new car dealership like a Cincinnati Ford Dealer. When buying a car from a private seller it is important to remember a few pointers.
Call at an appropriate time: You don’t like getting phone calls at night, or too early. Neither does the rest of the free world. Calling at a time that may even be noted on a for sale sign is the best bet. You want to be on the sellers good side anyway.
Have your questions ready: Find out as much about the car on your initial phone call. You may find out in that five minute call that the car is not worth your time to take a serious look at or test drive.
Examine all parts of the car: Looking at the wear on the front tires can tell you if the allignment or anything connected to the tires is funky.
Check all electric accessories and test drive the car like you would drive your own car – don’t forget to try going backward! The car should start easily and the steering wheel should not jiggle. If the car makes strange noises or has lights that come on on the dash it may be something you will have to deal with if you decide on purchasing the vehicle.
Remember that if you find a problem with the vehicle to check with yourself: “Am I okay with this?” and “Is it something I am willing to pay money to have fixed?” If you answered no to either of these questions you probably don’t need to buy that car. More often than not private sellers are just as reputable as dealers and will work with you to get the deal that fits both parties. Don’t be afraid to haggle. If the private seller is desperate to get rid of the vehicle you can score yourself a great deal.

Who doesn’t love a good ol’ two seated sports car? Stylish, agile and quick – these are just a few of the things that come to mind. Fun, easy to park and convenient are a few others. America has always had a romanticized view of what a car should be, and a great roadster seems to almost fit the bill perfectly. Most Americans would probably like to own an awesome car with awesome looks. Another great thing about these light cars is they don’t burn a ton of gas.
With the environment in the state that it is in and gas prices where they are it seems we should all be looking to drive hybrids or electric cars. The problem with many electric cars is they don’t go very far, except for Tesla motors roadster, and recharging has to be done at one’s dedicated recharge station. Ideally we would all be driving Tesla Roadsters, and we would also have an unlimited source of wealth and never worry about money or the environment ever again. Tesla does make some pretty incredible electric cars and if you are in a situation where money is not an issue then you owe it to the air the rest of us are breathing to go and check one out.
Sadly this is not the case. Thankfully, however, Mazda came up with the solution many years ago. The new 2011 Ford Edge, which can be purchased at Ford Dealership Dayton, was ranked number 8 out of 23 Affordable Midsize SUV. It also comes with four-wheel disc anti-lock brakes and Advance Trac with Roll Stability Control. Power side view blind spot mirrors help the driver see while moving through traffic. Ford has also equipped the Edge with a new Blind Spot Information System. This system alerts the driver with an indicator light when a vehicle is detect

It also has a cross traffic alert feature which uses blind spot monitoring sensors to audibly and visually alert the driver to approaching traffic while you are backing out of a driveway or a parking spot. The Lincoln LS is only available in one trim only, and that is the V8 Sport.
